It may happen that a different color of rungs or/and sides is delivered. In such cases, we ask the customer to send back the mistaken product at our expense (but only if its value does not exceed the shipping costs).Then we send a new, correct kit. We may also offer a partial refund for keeping the differently colored rocker (the amount set individually with the customer). If shipping costs exceed product value and other kind of recompense is not agreed upon we will send a new, correct product.
